Did you know that relaxation is a skill that you can improve? With practice, you can train your mind and body to respond to stressful situations more calmly.
The Relaxation Room, located in Branson Library, Room 127, is a free service provided to all students at NMSU. Students may use the services of the Relaxation Room for a session of up to 60 minutes per day. Staff & faculty are also welcomed to use the Relaxation Room, with preferential scheduling given to students.
